Your operation cannot be complete without an effective means of loading or stockpiling split firewood and other materials into a truck or trailer. Multitek offers two rugged, mobile firewood stacking discharge conveyors Model FWC-20 in 20’ (6.06 m) length FWC-30 in a 30’ (9.09 m) length and 30” (76 cm) widths, standard features are a tubular steel under carriage, lightweight channel sides and operator controlled hydraulic lift and operation. This includes hydraulic drive which can be quick connected to an auxiliary hydraulic power source. Additional options available are self-contained gas engine power unit packages.

COC10 CLEANOUT CONVEYOR

The Model COC10 Cleanout Conveyor is designed for maximum efficiency in wood debris separation and clean-up. Installed the back side of selected Multitek Firewood Processors allows the split firewood to drop directly to the conveyor and be dragged along the steel slats help clean the fines from your splitwood. By using the patented COC-10 Clean Out Conveyor in combination with our COP 6X28 it is possible to have the most advanced firewood fines and debris cleaning package available to any bundled wood operation or direct load today.

COP 6X28 CONVEYOR CLEAN OUT PAN Part # 545680

The COP 6X28 is designed for maximum efficiency in wood debris separation and clean-up. Mounted at the top return side of any standard  MULTITEK FWC-30 Firewood Conveyor, this machine's unique belted fingers will allow split wood to drop-off the conveyor without being followed by any bark, splinters or other debris. The belted fingers separate the lighter bark, splinters and debris by returning this material directly to the ground. By using the  COP 6X28 with our patented  COC-10 Clean Out Conveyor, it is possible to have the most advanced debris cleaning package available to any bundled wood operation today.

The COP 6X28 is installed by drilling four holes at the upper end of the FWC-30. The unit hangs by four attached adjustable chains. The unit is 6' (1.82 m) long by 28" (71.1 cm) wide with 6" (15.2 cm) high sides. The weight is 250 lbs (114 kg).
