The Model C2020LDCS Firewood Processor shown with optional heated operators cab has superior construction quality throughout and is designed for the pro firewood producer. The 2020LDCS is a tough, portable, one-man operated processor that features a 54hp (40 kw)turbo-charged John Deere liquid cooled diesel. It is easy to operate and has a low operating cost. One operator quickly saw and split firewood at a rate of up to two cords per hour (128 cubic feet per cord) from random length low-grade hardwood logs 20” (51cm) in diameter and 20’ (6.1m) in length. The frame is constructed of high strength low weight alloy steel tubing. Standard features include easy to use joystick operator controls, tandem hydraulic pump (allows the operator to be sawing and splitting at the same moment), fold down two arm live deck, and patented overhead log in-feed shuttle grapple for grabbing and feeding low grade crooked logs towards the cutoff saw. The saw head is equipped with aggressive Oregon Micro Chisel cutters, .404" pitch, .080 gauge mechanical harvester style 35" (88.9 cm) bar, and a floating, interchangeable 4-6-8 way splitter head that is vertically adjustable. You can quick-connect to a rugged 30’ (9.2 m) discharge stacking conveyor for loading a truck or for stockpiling.
